Rental Terms and Policies
 
  1) All prices are subject to change without notice.

2) Complete order cancellations made within the week of an event will be charged 50% of rental fee.

3) No refunds on any unused rented equipment.

4) A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.

5) All rentals are on a C.O.D. basis.

6) All breakage, loss, and collection charges are in addition to accrued rental charges.

7) Charges will also be made for lost or damaged packing containers.

8) Rental rates quoted are daily or single-use rates. Low weekly and monthly rates are available.

   
Delivery / Pickup Information
   
  1) In order to provide efficient and dependable service to all our customers, we require a 36 hour advance notice on all orders to be delivered.

2) Our normal delivery routes are scheduled according to when the equipment is required and the distance that the destination is from our distribution center. These schedules are preplanned 3 to 5 days before the date so that we may provide the best service to everyone.

3) When Pick-up or delivery is required on a Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, Early Morning, or Late Evening, we will make every effort to accommodate our customer's special request at an appropriate charge.

4) Pick-ups will be made at our own convenience or by special arrangement for an appropriate fee.

5) All deliveries and pick-ups are to a tent, garage or ground floor only and must be in a sheltered location protected from the weather.

6) There is an additional charge for either upstairs or downstairs delivery and for those deliveries requiring an elevator.

7) Responsibility for the equipment remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of pick-up.

8) If equipment is unavailable for pick-up, the customer agrees to pay an additional pick-up charge, plus any additional rental charges accrued.

9) Chairs and tables will be delivered and stacked and must be stacked for pick-ups. Chairs must be returned in their transport bags. Set up and knock down service is available with prior notice and an additional charge.

10) Portable cooking equipment must be used in accordance with local fire regulations. We assume no responsibility for liability.

11) China, flatware and food service equipment must be returned rinsed and repacked properly in boxes provided or additional charges may be assessed.

 

 

Linen Care Instructions
   
  1) All linens that Cartwright & Daughters Tent & Party Rentals supplies has been inspected and double checked. Be aware that you are responsible for all linen shortages and damages.

2) Do not roll up or place wet linens in any bag. Wait until they dry or mildew will result and you will be charged full replacement costs.

3) If candles are being used on table be sure there is a plate or other protective item under the candle to prevent wax from dripping onto the tablecloth. Wax stains DO NOT come out of the linen leaving the linen permanently damaged and chargeable to you.

4) Linens must be returned dry to prevent mildew and free from wax and food particles. Do not place soiled linens in plastic bags. We do not accept linen with cigarette burns or tears. Any damage to linen will result in the customer being charged for the full replacement cost.
