1) Do you deliver?
 
 

Yes, our delivery routes are prepared early in the week and we will call you with the delivery date. Customized delivery and pick-up schedules are available.

   
2) What information is needed from me to rent equipment from your company?
   
 

Name, Telephone Number, Address, Contact Telephone Number, and your Credit Card Number for Security.

 

3) What if I don't have a credit card, can I still rent?
   
 

Yes, you can still rent with a 50% cash refundable deposit as security, plus payment in cash.

   
4) Can I pick up my rentals at your warehouse before the day of my party?
   
 

Yes, you can pick up the rentals a day or two before your party and return them a day or two after your party.

   
5) Do I have to wash the dishes, glasses, and utensils before I return them?
   
 

All dishes, glasses and utensils must be rinsed free of food particles and put back into the transport containers.

   
6) Do I have to wash the linens we rented?
   
 

Linens do not have to be washed BUT, they must be dry, free from food particles and you can not place them in plastic bags that may cause them to mildew.

   
7) What happens when something gets broken?
   
 

That's what our damage waiver is for. Call and ask for details.

   
8) Do you rent by the dozen?
   
 

No, we rent by the piece so you only need to order the quantity you need.

   
9) Do I need filters for your coffee makers?
   
 

No, our coffee makers do not require filters.

   
10) How does the Pig Rotisserie run?
   
 

It is powered by an internally geared motor. It is constructed of stainless steel and it holds up to a 125 lb. pig.

   
11) How much charcoal is needed for the BBQ grill?
   
 

Approximately two 20 lb. bags.

   
12) How much can the super coolers hold?
   
  Small Cooler = 1/4 keg or 3 cases with ice

Large Cooler = 1/2 keg or 7 cases with ice

   
13) How big is your 8' table? :)
