Do you deliver?
Yes, our delivery routes are prepared early in the week and we will call you with the delivery date. Customized delivery and pick-up schedules are available. Additional fees may apply.
Can I pick up my rentals at your warehouse before the day of my party?
Yes, you can pick up the rentals a day or two before your party and return them a day or two after your party.
What if I don't have a credit card, can I still rent?
Yes, you can still rent with a cash refundable deposit as security, plus payment in cash.
Do I have to wash the dishes, glasses, and utensils before I return them?
All dishes, glasses and utensils must be rinsed free of food particles and put back into the transport containers.
Do I have to launder the linens we rented?
Linens do not have to be washed BUT, they must be dry, free from food particles and you can not place them in plastic bags that may cause them to mildew.
What happens when something gets broken?
We offer an optional damage waiver of 10%. Please call for more details.
